A lot of us are just trying to survive from day to day… just trying to make it through! BUT, is that what we really want? Is this what will make us happy and fulfilled?
In the past week or so, on the Brickhouse Cardio Gahanna Facebook page, I’ve been posting some things about Reaching your Goals and about Creating the Life you Want. All pretty scary stuff if you ask me. It’s scary because you have to take a chance, you have to get out of your comfort zone and there’s that chance that you might fail. BUT, what happens if you don’t fail? What happens if you find yourself completely happy, fulfilled and ridiculously successful!?! AND if you do fail, you learn, you grow and you try again.

As you can see there are lots of quotes and pics and it’s all easy to find, but it’s so much harder to do!
Then I watched a video by Brendon Burchard and it reminded me of the time, many years ago, when I was in my early 30’s, that I realized that I was watching OTHER people live their lives and I wasn’t living MINE so I decided to make some changes. I got up off the couch and started living life and working toward creating the life that I wanted. I’m not there yet, but every day I get closer.
What will you do to get closer to your goals? To create the life that you want for yourself? Does it mean learning a new skill, going back to school, spending more time with your family, turning off the TV, Facebook, eating healthier, getting more exercise? Whatever it is you can do this!
